Instructor Spotlight Sasha Frings

This quarter, we want to put the spotlight on our awesome instructor Sasha Frings.

"I had under 100 jumps and tried freefly or tracking, but nothing appealed to me, and my landings were not very good. I signed up for a Flight-1 course with Brian Vacher shortly after, and he gave me my first insights into canopy flight. I was immediately enthusiastic and realized I had found my discipline. I landed after my first or second jump and said to Brian straight away, "I want to do what you do." He said that the way to get there would not be easy and that, of course, I still have a lot to learn! From then on, my passion was awakened. I followed him everywhere, gained experience in jumps, and learned what it takes to be an Instructor. I accompanied and assisted him on almost 80 courses until I got the chance and Flight-1 hired me. I went through the highly challenging recruitment process and in-depth training like any Instructor, and finally, I became a Flight-1 Instructor." - Sascha Frings.

We are proud to have you on the team, Sascha! #flyingbettertogether
